To assist the body and parents of New Jerusalem Baptist Church in training our youth to be fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ, in public and private life. To develop a youth ministry philosophy and process which more fully develops our youth into leaders who can scripturally engage their generation with the gospel of Christ. To administer, develop and implement youth and ministries and programs designed to meet the spiritual (know God’s Word), social (live God’s Word), and emotional (think God’s Word) needs of youth in the church and community.
